RRT employs multi-level communication, and specialized tools to effectively address emotional disturbance and maladaptive behavior. Unlike traditional methods, RRT transforms the unconscious mind's information processing, ensuring natural, automatic, and enduring improvements. This precision allows for a holistic shift that is not only effective but gentle and enjoyable as participants get to sit back and let the facilitator do the "work".
with RRT, you don't have to "feel it to heal it".
what to expect in session
While traditional talk therapy and new age ideas of Somatics have you re-living painful moments to move them through and out of you, RRT takes an opposite approach. RRT does not require a painful analysis from the past. It is a surprisingly quick way to dissolve troubling or negative thoughts, emotions and maladaptive behaviors (which I call "stucknesses" because they tend to keep you stuck instead of moving toward the goal/life/or ease you want to be feeling.)
You can expect to have me tell you stories that may or may not make a ton of sense in the moment, ask you to imagine things a certain way with me, and lead you through some guided and deeply relaxing visualizations.
inquire about RRT
We know enough about trauma now to understand that it is not about how bad a situation was, it's about how it was perceived by our individual nervous system. Often, I find clients share with me that they don't feel they are worthy of support because whatever happened wasn't "that bad".
We begin to rank suffering on a global scale and think that we should be able to get past this on our own,
and when we cannot, that only compounds our shame, frustration, and guilt. Leaving us more stuck.
RRT is a beautiful healing art. Which is why I fell head over heels for it, among the other mimetic modalities. It utilizes your own incredibly powerful mind to facilitate shifts that leave you feeling lighter, freer, clearer, and unstuck.

RRT is a thereputic modality that is practiced by both licensed mental health practitioners as well as coaches and healers. I am not a doctor or therapist and do not make diagnosis. My sessions are not covered by insurance as they are more philosophical/coaching in nature however the shifts accomplished are substantial.

RRT sessions range from 60 minutes to 3 hours depending on the facilitator. Usually participants have their issue resolved in 1-3 sessions. I find that my sessions average 90 minutes. I also find that clients enjoy scheduling about 30 minutes after our session to enjoy the blissed out feelings they leave our time together with before jumping back into their daily schedule.

I am neurodivergent and it works exceptionally well and fast on me. I have also facilitated sessions with other neurospicy individuals including autism and adhd with great results. If attention, closing eyes, or sitting still are issues we can customize our session to your needs without sacrificing any quality to our time together. I got you. ;)

You are conscious and in control of your mind and body throughout the entire session. While I may suggest things for you to imagine with your eyes closed or actions for you to do with your hands or arms, you are the one who makes the decisions to do them and can communicate at any time if you would like us to do something differently.

No. While RRT can appear to happen like magic because it is so quick and painless, there is not actual magic happening, just a deep connection and expertise on the behalf of the facilitator of how our nervous system and mind works together and how to help yours function optimally. This is why I consider it a healing art, not just a theraputic modality.
Did you notice any shifts at all? Even small? If so you are receptive to this modality and that receptiveness can increase. Did you do it 1:1 with a trained facilitator? RRT is most affective in 1:1 settings. (My audios for example are useful but not nearly as powerful as a 1:1) As the modality gains popularity more people will offer aspects of it. If you want the fullest experience work with a trained and certified facilitator. And lastly, sometimes connection happens more naturally with someone else. And that's okay!
